Our L bundle comes with our 2.5cm leash, waste bag holder, m/l Bandana and m/l bow tie.

In general our XS collar will suit our XXS harness, our S collar will suit our XS and S harness and our M and L harnesses will match with corresponding size collar.

Care Instructions
Hand washing in cold water using a mild detergent will prolong the life of your harness.
However harnesses are machine washable on a gentle cycle with cold water.
Sunny Pets takes no responsibility for damages sustained from machine washing.

Processing times
All orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Processing times may increase up to 3 business days during holidays or sales.
Domestic Shipping Rates
We offer flat rate shipping options to all Australian customers
Orders over $150 are eligible for FREE standard shipping or $5.95 express shipping.
All other orders are subject to standard shipping at $10.95 or express shipping at $14.95
Local delivery
Free local delivery to 4074 & 4073 is available for orders over $50. For orders under $50, we charge $5 for local delivery.
Deliveries to local suburbs are made on Monday's and Thursdays.
International Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sunny Pets is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sunnypetsaus@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Returns
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return postage costs to be covered by customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
